MyCareerMatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content, salary data, or job market information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, MyCareerMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to career decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the free nature of the service, is $0).
